PR NewswirePress Release: Patriot Coal Corporation – 1 hours ago

ST. LOUIS, July 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Patriot Coal Corporation (PCXCQ) today issued the following statement regarding its ongoing discussions with the United Mine Workers of America (UMWA):

"In addition, Patriot and the UMWA have reached an agreement through which retiree healthcare will continue to be provided at current benefit levels through July and August.
