The best news I have heard is that Dan meet with KC and others at the company and they were upbeat. If there was real problems the office would have a cloud of gloom and doom all over it and would not be able to hid it. If we get all of Sony/BMG for 2006 because of the fall out then what happen was a blessing to the company. I also believe that their is more protential revenue in the DVD area than CD's. With KC there we have a real chance for market pentration in the DVD market. If we had staff members looking for new jobs and everyone was down then we would have something to worry about. Also, I believe that BMG knew that there would be challenges and at least some minor problems that would have to be fixed. That is part of the game and panic should only happen if there were major problems that cannot be fixed in a short time. No real investor would expect total perfection because their are no perfect software programs on the market. Everyone that uses a computer on a routine basis have a love hate relationship it.

Just a personal comment, I believe that the board should be for people that are looking for information to buy, sell or hold and others with no financial interest should have limited access to the board and board members should not ever respond to someone that expesses not to have any financial interest up or down. I also believe that the person should reveal if they are long or short the stock. I am long the stock and believe that the company solved many of their problems by bringing KC in and expanding the board. This company will be either a big winner or go under and nothing else in between. Merry Christmas
