THIS IS THE DEBT CONVERSION, ALLUDED TO IN THE JUNE 27TH SHAREHOLDER UPDATE. What you have to understand is that if VDSC had to pay back $25,000, that would equate to 50 million shares at the average pps today. It will be over today or early tomorrow.
