Although my contact has said he's buying a few notes (in his words, "at a return of over 17% / year, who wouldn't"), he didn't, nor would I expect him to disclose what, if any, notes have been subscribed to by him and/or anyone else.

He also owns shares, and mentioned the idea that dilution is being curtailed spurred him into buying bonds in hopes that it might eliminate dilution altogether. That also appears to be the message one gets when reading the fact sheet, as well.
