Noble had withdrawn from drilling for ADENF a number of months ago, the problems with the kidnapping of workers threw in a blow. As long as ADENF sits on the few permits available, it is going to be a decent long term bet. If the problems with Syria calm down, including their claims on this off-shore area, ADENF could come up with a new partner.
