The float is low and locked. Volatility at its MAX! Unfortunately we see some scaredy cats bid whacking to dump their shares. It's obviously not profit taking... And there's NO dilution...

Stocks move up and down PRIOR to big news people... It's not going to takeoff on rumor (well it could)
