Ah, it's "Penny Land" encouraging their traders to buy on the DIP !!

And this is good advice when shares of NBRI are available. BUT it begs the question: when should these fortunate buyers SELL ? And from the best DD offered by you, they should hold for the GOLD RING of higher PPS's this fall.
