Status of 10K - The auditor (I assume attorney) pulled the 10K. There is some additional documentation the auditor wanted added to the filing. LT has to find the documentation. The documents are in Las Vegas. If the local staff cannot find them then LT will have to go to Vegas and get them replaced. He is scheduled to be in Vegas on Monday but said if they have a problem finding the docs. he will go tomorrow. Bottom line - don't expect 10K this week. LT is getting things done as quickly as possible and does not want to take the entire 15 day window but it going to take some time. My guess would be mid to late next week. LT did not say this but I can tell you he is PO'd at the auditor for his handling of things. For those dumping - All I have to say is it takes courage and patience to invest. Do what you must. It will give me a better buying opportunity. A late 10K in no way changes the factors that make this an intriguing investment. It just means you have to wait a little longer. If you don't think it is worth the wait then GLTU - If you think it is worth the wait then GLTU also and look at this as another good loading opportunity. I will be here when the stock hits $1.00 and beyond. I hope a lot of you are still here also.
