I wouldn't worry too much about GDGI getting labeled with Caveat Emptor again. Pinksheets only gives companies that label if they are being pumped without being current on their financials, if there is ongoing investigation into fraudulent or criminal activities, or the ticker has been suspended or halted.

A company can be labeled with the "STOP" sign for any length of time.
