Calculations after DMPD R/S of 1:188... DMPD will be renamed IRIS on the NYSE!

1.6 mil. / 3.25% : X / 96.75%

96.75 x 1.6mil / 3.25 = 47.6 mil

Therefore 50mil OS out of 400mil AS under the IRIS ticker symbol!

169.4 mil revenues as of March 2013

I believe that would make EPS $3.38

With any decent multiples for PPS valuation DMPD could be trading on the Nasdaq very soon!

So release the news of reverse merger between DMPD and IRIS and right after the reverse split and you still get a huge return on investment! Quite a bargain at .0011 which is .21 after R/S ! smile
