I favor our current "Republic" over a "Democracy" without a DOUBT!!
We are now a Republic!!! I don't want fascistic "mob rule" which can and most likely will accompany a Democracy.
This "democracy" we hear about from the Neo-cons will certainly bite us all in the ass!! Our Constitution and the Bill of Rights stands in the way of these modern day Fascists.
Am I alone in this belief???? Have I... like Alan Greenspan, read too much Ayn Rand in my day?
"Mob Rule" is quite a possible and likely "threat" in a Democracy especially since the "elite powers that be" have the brains and the financial wherewithawal to completely obfuscate and distort the truth for their AGENDA.
"THEY" know how to "push the buttoms" to manipulate the "unwashed masses" just like Pavlov's dog "salivating at the ring of a bell" with their propaganda.
The "Democracy" we hear about from the neo-cons is very Fascistic and reminds me very much of Adolph Hitler's visions of a "New World Order". Is it frightening that Hitler had the German people so willing to believe his "great lies" and accept his visions of a grand Germany???
He destroyed his own Government with the burning of the Reichstag building. I see the same pages from the "Nazi playbook" being used today to get the American people to believe the "Big Lie". What's next to scare the American people into submission and destroy our great REPUBLIC???
President John F. Kennedy had a very good idea what the CIA "was" and what they were up too..... that's why they murdered him. It was either the CIA or Kennedy....one had to go.
Kennedy was actively getting rid of the "Nazi Skull and Bones" faction of the CIA( he fired 3 of them just days before his death).....so they "wacked" him.
Then his brother who was running for the US Presidency was killed, then Martin Luther King was "taken out".
The extremely popular and high profile at the time "John John" Kennedy, just days after he let his George magazine co-workers know of his intention for running for the US Senate for New York state..... was "murdered" in the air. The news media coverage of that event was so "bogus" as to have me nearly kicking my TV set.
Senator Ted Kennedy is a drunk who "knows his place"( so he's no threat to them now). Will he ever talk? Who know's.....
Former CIA Director Willaim Colby started talking again later in his life just days before he was "wacked" in 1995.(He's the CIA director that was fired and very "oddly", if you don't know the REAL reason, was replaced with George H.W. Bush back in 1975).
So the AGENDA rolls on.......
