VDSC Revenue “Streams” (Information current as of 06/28/2013.)
1. Redtide Defense Group (IMAG Group, Inc.): Manufacture of unmanned aerial vehicles. VDSC has close contact with U.S. Department of Defense;
2. Saenz Corp: Yacht, cargo charters, luxury yacht excursions, yacht building, yacht repair, and shipping. This fall (2013) we will commence Cruise/Ferry Operations between port Everglades to Nassau Bahamas via the Luxury Ro Ro Vessel and the F/B Ionian Queen;
3. PV Enterprises: International passenger vessels, ferry and cruise operations (worldwide) – Hydraiki Naval Company (Hydraiki raked in over $5.4 million profits in 2012, they value us at $0.50 per share, and today we're here sitting around the .007s. We've MERGED Greece Cruise Line with Hydraiki which is awesome!) – and providing complete logistic services for corporate personnel 30-day and year around accommodations. The 376-passenger luxury boutique cruise vessel M/V Porto will provide short cruises among Greek islands. They’re estimating $7 million in revenue within the first six months of operation beginning this summer (2013); and
4. Trafalgar Energy Limited (TEL): VDSC will earn revenues as a result of their supplying and operating a hotel accommodations and field-work vessel for technical support at (TEL) oil rigs in Nigeria – five-year contract. VDSC and Trafalgar agreed to charter the vessel to a major oil company. Trafalgar Energy Ltd has agreed to make and completely fund an outright purchase of the subject vessel from PVE and PVE has agreed take a portion of the purchase price to purchase an equity position in Trafalgar Energy Ltd.

Peter Villitois, CEO, once again states that “we will not do dilution of VDSC shares and harm our shareholders.”
