because everything is set-up at the bank any company that wants to use MyECheck just signs a contract or sub-license with the CEO and they can start using MyECheck, the bank sends them the MYEC platform and then everything clears at the bank, etc. but MYEC also had a CTO which was hired this year, look on OTC markets, steve Blanchard, CTO, MyECheck inc.
