Maybe Grand View could have, do you have any proof that will show that Grand View could have taken the property? I would think that without a deed of trust it would have possibly made it harder and costly for Grand View to take the property. I believe it would have cost them more to do so without the deed of trust. However this time around it looks as though Grand View has their ducks in order so that there would be no question as to what will take place when sirg defaults again. And if I remember correct sirg not only has to make good to Grand View but there are stipulations that they must also make good to other lenders. Now being that the permitting process has stopped and the mine is no where even close to production along with the company having no cash or ways to generate revenue, things sure do look very bleak and sirg's time is running out. Did you happen to notice the 1.4 million shares that got dumped at the bid eod? That is becoming common place here of late for sirg's shares. IMHO, that is just another sign that the end is getting near before the final plug is pulled and the good ship lollipop, aka;sirg, goes right down the drain.
