Well to say "who is to say" is pretty much a disclaimer that unless it factually can't happen then it can. However with all the indictments handed out (over a year ago now or just about that?) and no new defendants I just can't see it happening. All the hard drives, statements, witnesses and nothing on her well to me that means she is beyond suspicion at this point.

Bottom line is articles of correction were published at her direction to right the company in order to get up-listed. This did not need to happen.......MJNA could have lived in the PINKS forever and not had to do anything but they are.

I am not even in major disagreement with a poster who said up-listing is not until mid-2014. I think it will be earlier but this statement IMO invalidates all of their arguments that this is a company to be avoided. This poster is ACKNOWLEDGING that MJNA WILL UPLIST.
