There are a couple of different ways to read between the HRT information release notes.....Still being an optimist, a oil HIT would change all of HRT's future exploration budgets thus a new strategic planning committee. Proceed with the next two planned exploration wells and also start the planning of the development and drilling of new well projects for know production...........stop where you have no or little success and build a production program. To build an exploration program you need money......lot of money!
