Ask is at .0176 (at the point of writing this.) What I've learned about level 2 is that other bids asks "get done" in between. For example: .0176 will be the Ask, but .0175 is the highest bid, so someone decides to sell at .0175, stepping in front of .0176. So, Level 2 is basically a parameter. But all in all Level 2 is looking good and improving, primarily over the last week or so. The Ask(s) is gradually getting higher and so are the Bid(s) in correlation.
