A couple of updates:

I've recently contacted IR. I'm told that the recent test have been going well and to expect some announcements from the company throughout the summer.

I have also been told that they are currently in the process of changing transfer agents. Apparantly they have been receiving some complaints from several brokers and the DTC as well.
