Great points. I think ultimately getting cleaned up will prove positive for being able to attract more investors. The question is what happens during this process. Maybe I am too negative - who knows. I expect restatements to old financials (even Q4-12, the audited one). I don't know how the company can grow without raising the share-count, which is pressing the last share-count that we knew to be authorized (950mm).

I don't understand how one can't view the timing of Keber's departure as anything but negative. They didn't announce it until almost two months after-the-fact, and it came after the stock had come under attack (March 6th was several weeks after Infitialis and then all of the SA negative articles). The company was and is operating without a CEO. The numbers for Red Dice stunk in Q1. This sounds like a stretch:
