Funny how I have yet to see verifiable proof of MIMV being a scam or fraud as has been claimed by a couple sources. I have asked numerous times for this and to date the source who makes these claims has sent only a link to MIMV's 10-k filing without a reference as to where in the 10-k filing is this so called proof of a scam. It has become very clear now that this is just an opinion, lacking any verifiable proof of fraudulent activity by the company.

There was this issue regarding Mr Franks working for 2 different companies, but that means absolutely nothing in regards to MIMV being a scam, since this is not that uncommon and surely doesn't provide any evidence of any scam.

Then there was also this issue of MIMV of only having $15,00 in revenue for qtr 1 this year and no income revenue for 2012, with substantial losses to date. How does this provide proof of a scam? They are simply a startup company just beginning to generate some revenue, which is exactly what anyone would expect for startup company! There are literally thousands of companies in the stock market who have substantial losses with little to no revenues coming in as they try to bring to market a product or service. Look at the many startup biopharma companies out there who have yet to produce an approved drug to market while sustaining huge losses year after year. Would they be considered a scam? Absolutely not!

Then there was the issue of Tobin Smith being paid for an investor awareness program in the past. Now it was made very clear that Tobin Smith's awareness program has been since paid for and over with and MIMV is no longer associated with him. Still this too is not evidence of a scam, even if Tobin has come under fire for his promoting programs. If anything, it suggest the opposite, otherwise MIMV would have continued their relationship w/Tobin Smith.

One by one, each of these so called pieces of evidence have been proven non-credible and thus seen as opinions only by a source out on a witch hunt. End of story!

Cheers!

Re: crookedneck post# 13284

So a link to the actual contract between CHAG and Franks that specifically states that he agrees to work full time for CHAG/Pimovi and that was filed with the SEC by CHAG is not enough?

Do you want the actually wording copy/pasted?

How about a link to the actually part-time consulting agreement that Franks signed with MIMV and which MIMV filed with the SEC?

Do you want the copy/paste of the actual wording or can you simply review the consulting agreement that was filed with the SEC and which link was provided on this very board?

Quote(crookedneck):
WRONG!!!!!

A link to SEC filing means nothing unless one takes the time to point out exactly where there is proof to support those claims. so far all I have seen is links, but not a single shred of credible evidence to support a claim of this company being a scam. All I have seen is a source on a witch hunt!

Cheers!
