I don`t see any majors sniffing around. AEM had some interest a couple years back. The problem is that the last 43 101 was a disaster the road to 3M OZ has been stalled at 1 M and money sure up OZ will come at a major price. I don`t see any major working with the team that is in place right now so the alternative is changing the share structure to end the death spiral.

1 for 4 may not work. If there are 200M O/S that leaves 50M shares. If you are going to give it to existing shareholder 1 for 10 would leave 20M O/S and allow room to sell shares before running into the same issue.

Time for change. Time for a special shareholder meeting in a location that you can actually attend. Enough of this hiding in rural Quebec.
