Buying an OTC stock = buying a concept ...

you buy prior to results and the eventual dilution that will have to occur to fund operations.

Companies list on the OTC to raise funds - plain and simple - they have NO revenue streams to generate working capital so they sell stock for services including payroll.

When the actual results eventually come in it is probably best to be OUT of an OTC stock since the main run has probably taken place.

We are at the beginning of the curve here = time to be in.
