In CWRN's latest PR of May 28th, they use the term "spin off", which can mean many different things.

It seeems certain IMO that CWRN will become essentially worthless after PMV is taken away. Will it even still trade? Or will it just be allowed to drop to 0.00001 and then stop trading?

Can we assume that our CWRN shares will in a sense be completely converted to KMG shares whereby the value of our shares will remain unchanged immediately after the spin off?

I wish I felt assured of this. I do not.
