Ok, so looks like the key factors are the new revenue stream from their acquisition (with a possibility of more down the road) and a talented and experienced management team.

Has the company anywhere stated the time frame in which they expect the price to hit $1?

And also, does anyone see any chances of shares dilution? (something i always fear in sub-penny world)
