Just discovered this company, looking for an entry.

I can see that the over all sentiment on this board is very positive.

I am trying to find some catalyst event/s or some key factors that are expected to propel this stock to $1 level within next 12 months or so?

I read that the CEO is working @ $1/year salary and the O/S also seems pretty small for an OTC company. So does this mean that the management is very confident that within next 12 months or so this stock will be a $1 stock? If so, then again, what are the key factors that might make this happen?

Sorry, i am absolutely new to this stock, so not sure if these questions have been answered already. I am planning on taking some position in this stock next week.
