I'm honestly not sure what it means, except for the fact they are fully committed to unlocking shareholder value.....probably due to the increased holding from the 2 hedge funds.

I am hoping that the "strategic partnerships" are related to interest they are getting from third parties, and majors like BP and Rosneft.

We know for a fact that HRT received a buyout offer back in March - April, but shot it down. IF they were willing to buy the company, possibly they are willing to JV on certain projects.

The reality is, all that matters now are the Drills at Murombe and Moosehead
