But I must also outline that NT filing is not considered 'late', but rather 'extended'.

Concern is, we (the public) already were told the 10K was DONE, which means they cannot be eligible for an NT, SEC is on the hook, if they are purposefully withholding info

The only way an NT could be forwarded is in fact if 10K was NOT done.

Either way, LT should clarify this to us, who is at fault and why.
