Keep in mind that MDMN is not an SEC filer. That doesn't excuse the misuse of the term and I'm not so sure of the SEC's interest in chasing down OTC pink sheets for incorrectly using the term "reserves". And it isn't like the company is stating they have proven and probably reserves of such-and-such amount. They simply described that "This is a preliminary estimate of reserves, not proven reserves." - hardly a scathing indictment of wrongdoing on their part, but a misnomer nonetheless. As I stated previously, I e-mailed them about the misuse of the word and I don't expect them to use it again. If you feel like reporting them to the SEC for that, have at it.
