heres the facts

After the issuance of 321m shares for debt" During the period, the Company converted debt of $101,233 into 321,047,309 shares of common stock."

.000315 321,047,309 101,233$

They were issued 321m shares @ .000315

so it makes sense they didn't sell below .0007 on fri.

since the volume was 285 mil on fri i would have to guess about 80-100 mil was retail buying/flipping estimating or we would be in .00s

So lets say they sold off half of the 321m on fri 160-185m....the remaining 160-185mil needs to be sold above .0003.

debts owed to asher magna and hanover as of 4/30/2013

28874 asher

147,175 magna group llc

54000 hanover
= 201,175 $ - (101,223)= 99,942$ not sure if the filings include the 101,223 included in the total amount of debt or not..

then they will convert the remaining debt wether is be 201,175$ or 99.942$ $ of debt at a low say .0003 so they get shares @ .00015 then pump it up as high as they can to the .00s....then sell off then sell off another 600m shares or 300 m shares.

If you play it right you can make some money. but this is how debt financing works. just giving a heads up to you guys.
