Badman, I wasn't informed of those exact starting working
dates. I know that there was work being done on both the
10K and 10Q over similar time periods. The Auditors were given all the numbers and details needed for the 10Q preparation so I
would expect that because of its relative simplicity it would now
be in the same filing position as the 10K was on Tuesday/Wednesday of last week.

In other words, it should be in the final signing stage for filing.

I will make additional inquiries about the 10Q status on Monday
and Tuesday next week as I expect filing by Wednesday.
