Are you referring to a court in the US, Canada, or Chile. Do you have a legal background and if so do you know all the laws in the aforementioned countries that can back up and prove your statements? I have a feeling that in Chile the courts there can make that happen but that is just a guess, not a statement of fact as you presented in your post.
