That's exactly why they're in C-ship...to put back as a whole...I'd imagine by the time the feds are ready to release them back to the shareholders they will be in better standing including per share cost above and beyond $4/share...who would have thought the gse's would one day hold above $1 when it was down to 0.20-0.30 cents...it's only going up buddy...don't listen to he said she said...look at the trend...look back on history of the trend...people thought we'd go back to 0.20-0.30 cents when we were down at .70-.80 cents...didn't happen...
