I admire this CEO. He is making sacrifices and taking steps to ensure the survival of Cereplast for its customers, employees, and stockholders. Some key points:
He has cut operation costs by moving headquarters to Indiana and Italy. While Cereplast has had to downsize, this move has allowed them to keep key employees working.
He personally has taken a big pay cut.
He has added people to his sales team. Sell. Sell. Sell. Sales are on the rise. Including in India.
I am on buy and hold. We will weather this storm in preparation for a more powerful event....tsunami.
