Yes but it's not just Cramer that says Nokia is dine, every analyst says it. The cell phone market is oversaturated with products. BBRY, APPLE in pain. Nokia has a cool camera thats all. Graphene is there only shot as well as selling patents.

I dont think Microsoft will buy them, the shareholders would go nuts if they did.
