Moskowitz is snitching, so they can't sentence him until the full extent of his cooperation is known. At that point, he will receive a downward departure pursuant to United States Sentencing Guidelines 5K1.2.

Look at the docket, go to the end, you'll notice all the missing numbers. Those are sealed pleadings relating to the snitch status of Moskowitz.
