mark, did not mean to impugn your objectivity, just that the news is so soft as to be meaningless.

Here is my prediction: The PSCs won't be signed and sealed and approved before christmas and that means that they won't be done before about January 15...because just as they look at time and deadlines differently than us, so it is with money (the interest won't make the difference).

Just another opinion.
