My take FWIW - I fully believe LT did all he could on the 10k as did Li. I believe that Li filed it and forgot about it. He did not realize he had not been accepted by SEC until it was too late to possibly correct it. I am certain they will get it in early next week. It really has little bearing on company value. Hopefully it is valuable lesson they will never forget.

I still fully believe in the underlying strenghts of this stock - Those being patented processes, disruptive technologies, large profit margins, low share float, etc. There is real value here and as shareholders we will see that at some point in some manner whether it be through succesful CTDT operations, mergers, buyouts etc. Regardless of the form this thing takes the patents and processes are simply worth more than .10 pps. We can debate all day what the true value is but I doubt there is anyone here that does not think at least .30 to .40 pps. Warrants say at least .75 and there have been buyout offers already.

This was extremely frustrating and clearly points out the biggest weakness this company has. While I applaud there fiscal restraint and discipline there comes a time when a company must staff sufficiently and organize in a manner that allows consistent quality action in all aspects of their operations. 5 employees and 1 contract labor person has proven to not be sufficient. Mr. Prentice is traveling all over the world or working from his home in Oregon. During R&D phase that is not a problem. Moving to production and taking the appropriate actions and making the key decisions necessary cannot be done efficiently with absent COO. It is clear the company needs a full-time individual in Vegas overseeing operations. Perhaps LT is that person but if he is they need to give him the requisite authority to carry the job out. A late 10K will not sink this company but continuous poor operations can and will. If CTDT management can get their act together and manage this then stock holders will be well rewarded. If CTDT fails then we might see significantly less value but should still realize a reasonable profit.

Can't wait to see the 10K and follow-up PR's and 8K. We should all be enjoying the ride up soon. The real question is how high we go based on how well CTDT manages themselves or at what price we are bought out.

Good Luck to All and Have Awesome Weekends.
