Is there any real basis to be surprised the price is back down to 0.06?

When I first read the end of May 'big announcement' I thought 'he's saying thanks for everyone's patience, don't expect to hear from me, see you all in 3rd / 4th quarter, maybe'. It was a weird announcement. No clue for motive. For every wishful reason I can think of a negative reason.

Sure, if no announcement comes soon it'll continue to drop... Doesn't take a genius to figure that out. So, why the 'panic' now?

How low before the next announcement? I'd be tempted to buy more if it gets back sub 0.04. Sooner or later, an announcement will come.
