as per the OFFICIAL SEC FILED DOCUMENT known as a 10Q and the last known filing

On September 23, 2011, the Board appointed Mr. David Haines to serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis.

On October 14th, 2011, except for our CEO/CFO, AIS terminated all of its remaining employees as it was unable to meet payroll commitments.

The places doing copy and paste research reports ARE NOT "reporting" anything new or current. Their DD is useless because they are reporting OTHER USELESS DD. Even the CorporateWiki is OLD AND OUTDATED as well as TOTALLY WRONG
