Unless there is a mechanism to allow the incoming funds from legal settlements from the banks to repay this debt, which is highly unlikely considering the gov deficit, we are now 59b deeper in debt. Considering there is now no path to recapitalize, that is a large number.
There is an additional 10b left on the dta i believe. Guess it will be handled the same way?
