American Stock Transfer is no longer ONCO's T/A, as confirmed by Keisha at AST. She also has no forwarded T/A, which she also commented as being "strange". They were dismissed in 2012.

If anyone has an updated T/A please share, or direct to a post already made. I will try to find out, among many other things.

It's time for some real DD to be done here and a TRUE o/s count updated.
