Why is it that for the last 18 months, every so-called subsidiary, partner or joint venturer of Bergamo has no phone number, address or website?

Can you name one other public country in the world, which claims to have a billion dollars in cash, that refuses to disclose basic information (such as address, phone number and website) of its business subsidiaries? Just one.
