Unlikely, the stock probably work with some insiders who share information that is supposed to be public. Most likely a big pump will come next week and then the insiders that are accumulating shares now will dump those shares at a profit leaving behind bagholders. No other reason to explain this. How can the PPS rise without something positive or relevant?
