You will settle for what you are given. As we all will. You cannot "hold out" for more. If you could, you must have some leverage that the rest of us don't. You have no say in this any more than I do. Seniors run the show. They always do, that's how bankruptcies work. They decided that we (10a) have to give our cash to them until they're satisfied. We as individual investors don't have their clout. We still can't figure out who our trustee is, if we even have one anymore, and who will go to bat for us.

I may have only signed up 2 weeks ago, but I've been reading this site off and on for some time, and I've held my CT's for at least 3 or 4 years now. I used to be on the Yahoo boards for Wamu and Lehman long ago. I was there when the CT's made their run to 80 cents and I held. I was there on the Wamu board with the whole bopfan thing too. I took a long break from the online boards because they can become all consuming and at the end of the day none of the chatter on here matters one bit. We're either gonna get something or we're not and we have no input on it. Even when we thought we had input into Wamu with the Equity Committee we relly didn't. I intend to find out, like you, by holding on to these 'til the end, what we are going to get. If we really did get face plus divi's (which I heard ad-naseum about Wamu too -and I will admit that it is a different animal) I would be more than happy to buy you a brand new Camaro as that kind of return would have me set for life.

I'm just trying to manage my expectations and be level-headed and not let dreams of riches get me carried away. I'm not a pumper or a basher, just trying to be real.

I've been holding onto these CT's even when they were at 5 cents because I think we are going to get "something".

I think this is my last post for the day, so I'm just going to sit down, eat my cake, drink my Coke and wait...
