VPER IS a scam, but it still runs every so often and money can be made here, it's just never going to hit big like some people think. I have been here over 2 years simply because it's a great stock to trade 7 or 8 months out of the year. The rest of the time it's in a dormant stage, but when it runs, it's followed by massive swings for weeks at a time which is a great flipping grounds...
