Thank you for your very informative posts here recently, rrufff. As a newbie to this board and penny stocks generally they have been most helpful.

As far as we know the worst case scenario is that the entire 200 million A/S are being issued on a gradual basis. At current prices this would mean that the market is valueing this company at about $500k (200m x .0025) That's about the price of one loft! What am I missing here?
