pop, risk, how close to five billion are we?

I will be honest, I have averaged down, but i am still down. every time i think this might take a lil jump.. it goes the other way.. it seems i can only play the -20% rule.

its going to be interesting on how this plays out. but I hope we get one last pop.... and i would do a happy dance to see a nickle.. and I would call it even at a half penny.
