Problem is.... The company has zero funds other than what they convert from shares. I'm predicting more dilution then a reverse split... I don't believe this is Ray preference however, he's trying to avoid this but will do what is needed to keep the company afloat. Development here is slower than molasses... Due to inability to get any large investors , progress will unfortunately be slow. The mining sector is slow overall...
