All I read on the STOA board when I brought that one too the attention of the IHUB and broke it above the .07 said it was only merging with the trash company that IRIS owns in waste disposal and STOA also did one heck of a move to get the profit company out of the stock and screw the shareholder with a huge share dump ahead of the filings with IRIS.
That is why I stopped moderating and even being on the STOA board.
I found this by reading the filings and feel much safer here even with the reverse then the 100's of millions of shares that STOA added this year to get the waste diposal company of IRIS.
I will wait here and see how my shares fair.
