The thought is that "new" money will be available through the brokers that are not allowing this stock to trade. People have money in accounts that they cannot use because of the chill. For example scottrade and tda Ameritrade you cant but MDIN. Then those will say well just go open an account with a broker that will let u trade MDIN well that takes time, deposited money, etc. You don't just snap your fingers and it happens.
